Axios goes public with ITSM seminars

Axios Systems is launching its programme of exclusive briefings on IT Service Management for the public sector in London on Thursday 6 November.

Speakers at the Royal Society of Arts will include Shez Rawsthorn-Houghton, Head of Service Management at SUN Microsystems and Major Tom Hall of the Ministry of Defence.

The half-day seminars, which include a complimentary buffet lunch and BS15000 White Paper, will address ways in which public sector organisations can improve service delivery. Entitled “Bridging the gap between e-government and service delivery,” they are aimed at senior personnel responsible for supporting and delivering IT services.
