Parkview chooses assyst

Herndon, Va.-Parkview Health, non-for profit community based healthcare system located in Fort Wayne, Ind. has chosen Axios System’s award winning assyst software solution for the implementation of best practice IT procedures.

The contract for the health care community is the latest success for Axios Systems in North America.

Parkview Health Information Services is in the processes of deploying the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) internationally accepted guidelines for Best Practice in IT Service Management. The initial deployment will be for Service Support procedures of Service Desk, Incident Management (aided by assystNet, a Web-based incident logging and status tracking tool), Change Management, and Asset Management (automated with assystDiscovery, that allows you to control all your assets including hardware and software).
